Jimmy L’s BBQ smoked 35,000 pounds of certified Greater Omaha Hereford Brisket in 2025. We run three full-service food trailers during the summer and operate The Sitdown restaurant in Sidney, Nebraska - two menu options every Friday from January through the beginning of May.
